    Job Summary

    We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team supporting buildings under our maintenance contracts. You'll make sure facilities and equipment are operating efficiently by responding to work orders and preforming preventative maintenance tasks.     Position Details

    Schedule: 5/8 or 4/10 schedules based on operational needs

    Employment Type: Full - Time

    Overtime: Opportunity available based on business needs

    Work Location: Local travel between job sites required

    Pay: Hourly, based on experience. Review upon successful completion of the probationary period.

    On Call/Emergency Response: Participation in an on-call rotation

    Tools & Equipment: Employee responsible for basic tools listed on employee required tool list. Specialty tools company provided for assigned work

    Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 70lbs, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and preform physical tasks in varying weather conditions

    Work Environment: Indoor and Outdoor work in residential and commercial settings

    Licensing: Valid Driver's license required. Personal reliable transportation to and from sites required.

    Probationary Period: Position is subject to a probationary period

    Responsibilities

    Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs

    Respond to work orders by inspecting damage, troubleshooting issues, and performing necessary repairs

    Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced

    Execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks

    Handle additional maintenance and repair tasks as needed to support operations

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED or equivalent

    Prior experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field

    Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems

    Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques

    Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on rotating weekends

    Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail

    Valid driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and ability to travel between job sites, if required
