About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician / Electrical Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth plant operations by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, and ensuring that all equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on machines according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Service and maintain all secondary (auxiliary) equipment, documenting all work performed.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components.
• Conduct general plant maintenance tasks, including welding, drilling, and milling.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions and equipment breakdowns.
• Inspect electrical systems regularly to identify and prevent potential issues.
• Replace electrical appliances, repair heavy equipment, and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Ensure all machinery and systems function properly and safely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a plastic injection molding or manufacturing environment.
• Basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting skills required.
• Experience with welding, drilling, and milling is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
