    Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm)

    What You’ll Do

    • Coordinate and perform maintenance on production and operational equipment • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions • Rebuild and repair equipment throughout the plant to maintain reliability • Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures • Dismantle, move, align, assemble, and install machinery and equipment • Construct machine foundations and properly secure equipment • Assemble and install shafting, conveyors, rails, and related components • Bolt, weld, rivet, or otherwise fasten equipment to foundations or structures • Follow all safety rules, policies, and work directives at all times

    What You Bring

    • High school diploma or GED • 3–5 years of maintenance/millwright experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience • Strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics • Ability to read and work from schematics and drawings • Proven mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills • Ability to work professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel • Self‑motivated, dependable, and safety‑focused approach to work
