Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance needs and proactively address issues Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions Communicate effectively with property managers, residents, and other team members to provide updates and clarify project requirements Manage your schedule efficiently to balance planned maintenance and urgent repair requests Maintain accurate records of completed work and report on project progress as needed Recommend cost-effective solutions and improvements for property maintenance and upkeep Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion Order materials and replace damaged parts of the property Maintain a clean and safe workspace Consistently use electronic management software Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Experience in performing general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting Ability to inspect properties regularly and proactively address maintenance needs Proven track record of responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring timely, high-quality resolutions Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with property managers, residents, and team members Ability to manage your schedule efficiently, balancing planned maintenance and urgent repair requests Experience in maintaining accurate records of completed work and reporting on project progress Ability to recommend cost-effective solutions and improvements for property maintenance and upkeep, enhancing overall efficiency and safety of the properties we manage Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
