Our expanding property management firm is looking for a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to become part of our team. This position entails handling and executing a variety of maintenance duties for a portfolio of commercial and condominium properties throughout the Fairfield and New Haven County areas. Responsibilities: • Act as a first line of defense for building repairs. • Perform facilities maintenance repairs, including, but not limited to, electrical, HVAC, painting, plumbing, ceiling tile replacement, lighting, carpentry, building equipment, etc. • Perform preventative maintenance throughout the building. • Execute daily operations to keep commercial buildings and condominiums safe and in working order. • Liaison between the Management Company and vendors for specific tasks. • Responsible for the daily management of the schedule to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Qualifications: • 1 year of experience in home maintenance or a related field. • Knowledge of home maintenance techniques and equipment. • Availability to work nights and weekends as needed. • Valid US work authorization. • Strong maintenance experience and skills. • Valid Driver's License. Compensation: $25.50 - $27.50 hourly
