You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety, such as painting, HVAC installations, landscaping, general repairs, etc. We're looking for a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. Responsibilities: • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed • Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.) • On-call responsibilities as assigned by the property manager Qualifications: • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • 2+ years of maintenance experience • All service personnel are also required to have a personal set of general tools • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation • A willingness to use technology to help streamline maintenance operations Compensation: $20 hourly
