Synairgy Mechanical – Maui, Hawaii Pay: $20 – $30 per hour (Based on Experience) Full-Time | Residential & Light Commercial HVAC

Synairgy Mechanical is looking for a reliable and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team on Maui. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a company that values its employees, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll maintain and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering excellent service to our customers across Maui. We are committed to supporting our technicians with training, strong benefits, and a team-first culture.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Identify potential system issues and recommend solutions when appropriate

Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle

Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and service updates

Complete service tickets and collect payments when necessary

Ensure your vehicle remains stocked with required tools and parts

Attend training and professional development opportunities (company provided after 90 days)

Qualifications

EPA Certification encouraged

1+ year HVAC experience preferred

NATE Certification is a plus (testing available in-house)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team

Comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds

Pay & Benefits
