Responsibilities: • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks Qualifications: • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
