We're looking for a dependable, motivated Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our growing team and help maintain multiple apartment communities throughout the Raleigh area. Responsibilities

Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner

Perform apartment turns and make-ready work

Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and carpentry issues

Perform preventative maintenance and routine property inspections

Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of apartment communities

Travel between multiple apartment communities throughout the Raleigh area

Work closely with property managers, fellow maintenance technicians, and outside vendors

Qualifications

Previous experience in apartment maintenance, handyman work, construction, or a related field preferred

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Willingness to travel between properties (typically within 1–2 hours of Raleigh)
