We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician / Handyman to support our Lead Maintenance Technician across multiple properties. This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning from an experienced lead, and being part of a reliable maintenance team.

What You’ll Do:

Assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with daily maintenance and repair tasks

Perform routine repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance

Respond to service requests in a timely, professional manner

Help troubleshoot issues and work with vendors when needed

Travel between properties as required

What We’re Looking For:

Maintenance or handyman experience preferred

Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Valid driver’s license

Flexible schedule

Bilingual Spanish is a plus
