Responsibilities: • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed Qualifications: • Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
