Job Description: We are seeking a versatile and professional Maintenance Technician with expertise in various trades. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance. Main work location will be in Fort Lauderdale but will assist in move-out turnovers and random maintenance jobs in Miami. Mileage reimbursement is available when away from the main job location in Fort Lauderdale,

Reports to: Property Manager & Property Owner Managers

Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment. • Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues. • Handle carpentry tasks such as repairs, installations, and adjustments. • Perform plumbing repairs and installations, including fixing leaks and unclogging drains. • Address electrical issues, such as replacing fixtures and wiring repairs. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Handle all preventative maintenance tasks and paint touch-ups.

• Will ensure all property is clean and presentable upkeep the landscape.

• Must maintain clear communication and report daily to property management.

• Assist in some pool maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep to properties with pools.

Qualifications: • Proven experience in general maintenance and repairs. • Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.

• Certification and license in specialized fields are a plus. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Professional attitude and appearance. • Must be located in Fort Lauderdale or Miami and able to travel across South Florida. • Must have a good driving record and valid proof of car insurance.
