(PPL) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering low-income individuals and families to become self-reliant through transformative housing and employment readiness services. For over 50 years, PPL has been a cornerstone in the Twin Cities, creating nearly 2,000 affordable housing units and currently managing over 1,600 units across the metro area.

Position Summary
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians (Tier II & III) to join our Property Management Team. This role is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of PPL properties through repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit preparation. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, customer-service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
