We are looking to add an experienced Maintenance Tech to our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on equipment, experience working in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical; have a track record of completing PM timely, and is interested in learning new things. This role comes with great exposure to experienced staff, join the team and expand your knowledge!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to operate all pieces of equipment.
• Dismantle, repair, and assemble equipment.
• Able to perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Respond to requests from management, QA and production staff.
• Maintain a positive relationship with plant staff.
• Works from drawings, schematics, prints, written or verbal instruction.
• Perform building structural and plumbing repairs.
• Perform work in fabricating, assembly, welding, burning, cutting, and pipe fitting.
• Work with outside vendors to resolve building and equipment service.
• Work at any of our three locations when needed.
• Execute assigned tasks with little direct supervision.
• Must be able to operate of forklift.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Education: High School Diploma and or trade related training.

• Experience in manufacturing (food related experience preferred)

• Strong mechanical ability

• Forklift operator's license.

• Ability to independently manage daily work assignments and ensure follow-up to completion.

• Possess good interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication skills.
