Maintenance Technician II - Direct Hire

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to support facility and production equipment operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and helping minimize downtime across the facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Supporting preventive maintenance programs and equipment setup
• Monitoring inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts
• Using maintenance systems to manage work orders and documentation
• Operating forklifts, lifts, and other equipment safely
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment while following safety standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience with related degree OR 4+ years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
