Responsibilities: • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Routinely inspect rooms and buildings for items needing attention • Complete work orders daily and perform necessary repairs Qualifications: • At least 2 years of maintenance experience • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Compensation: $13.50 - $14 hourly
