    Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (DOE & Level)

    About the Role:

    Maven Genetics is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians (Levels I–III) to support our cannabis production facilities. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining and repairing critical systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

    What You'll Do:

    • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment
    • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues
    • Respond quickly to minimize downtime and support continuous operations
    • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders (CMMS preferred)
    • Support cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution teams
    • Follow all safety standards and California compliance regulations
    • Assist with installations, upgrades, and vendor coordination as needed

    What We're Looking For:

    • Tech I: 0–2 years experience (entry-level, training provided)
    • Tech II: 2–5 years experience (independent troubleshooting)
    • Tech III: 5+ years experience (advanced systems & leadership support)
    • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, agriculture, or cannabis environments preferred
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems
    • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
    • Certifications (HVAC, electrical, etc.) are a plus
