The Maintenance Technician's primary role will be to support Lifestyle Properties, office, shops and laundry facilities ensuring site safety and completion of required property maintenance necessary to maintain excellent overall appearance and quality of the properties on a scheduled basis.
This will include processing work scheduled through Breezeway which includes guest check-outs, check in’s, maintenance tasks, and on-call emergencies as required. A Maintenance Technician is also responsible for communicating and coordinating with other staff, management, home owners, contractors, and vendors to provide outstanding customer service to the guest, provide well-timed and proactive property maintenance, safeguard the good financial health and stability of the properties, and complete all required tasks on time.
For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced, flexible, and hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative. Must have a minimum of one year of experience in property maintenance, building engineering or a related field. Must maintain a valid driver's license.
Qualification Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer knowledge, data entry
At least one year of maintenance and repair, construction or related experience.
Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing.
Must have a valid state driver's license.
Must be able to work weekends (2 days off during the week)
High School Diploma or GED
Essential Functions:
Represent Lifestyle Properties in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Support all staff and management efforts to assure that the company’s efforts fully meet and exceed property management obligations.
Maintain all properties to be in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws (fire, backflow, OSHA, etc.).
Alert management of any potential liabilities or repairs. Identify property problems and repairs needed in the areas of structural, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
Required to carry a cell phone and be on call for after regular scheduled work hours for emergency maintenance calls.
Communicate with Management about any issues, or guest questions or concerns brought directly to the Maintenance Technician.
Perform maintenance or coordinate maintenance of hot tubs, saunas (if applicable).
Update properties security door codes as needed.
Accurately record time worked, adhere to time keeping guidelines on a daily basis.
Maintain the company vehicles by keeping current registration and taking them for service.
