Mashpee Commons is a mixed use commercial and residential community comprised of over 100 businesses and 77 residential units. We are seeking a maintenance technician to join our team in a permanent full-time position. In this position, you will assist in building and grounds upkeep to ensure that the facilities are operational at all times.

The position requires a diverse mix of skills:

Knowledge to perform basic building maintenance and repairs

Interpersonal skills to interact with the public in a pleasant manner

Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry 30 lbs
