Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, AC-certified Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, immediate opening for an experienced multifamily professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience and knowledgeable with GAS appliances.

The ideal candidate has extensive technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including full-system replacement, along with a strong working knowledge of gas appliances and water heaters, electrical systems, plumbing, and general apartment maintenance. This role requires reliability, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional residential service.

Key Responsibilities

***** Perform maintenance and repair on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems

*Complete assigned work orders accurately and efficiently

*Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including participation in an on-call rotation

*Turn vacant units to company standards

*Assist with upkeep of community grounds and common areas

*Address resident maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner

Licenses & Certifications
