Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in millwright work, welding, hydraulics, electrical systems, and fabrication. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment, tackling complex mechanical challenges to ensure the optimal performance of our industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical Maintenance & Repair: * Install, dismantle, repair, and maintain heavy machinery and equipment, including conveyors, pumps, motors, and hydraulic systems. * Align and calibrate machinery using precision tools to meet operational specifications. * Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they lead to downtime. * Automated Paint Line systems
• Welding & Fabrication: * Utilize welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) to fabricate, repair, and modify metal components and structures. * Cut, grind, and assemble metal parts to create custom solutions for equipment modifications and repairs.
• Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: * Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses. * Replace seals, gaskets, and other components to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Electrical Systems: * Diagnose and repair electrical components such as motors, switches, relays, and control panels. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes during all electrical work.
• Documentation & Reporting: * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. * Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly to management.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Education: * High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Millwright, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: * Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on millwright tasks, welding, hydraulics, electrical systems and paint booth systems
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick). * Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Experience with electrical troubleshooting and repair. * Familiarity with fabrication tools and techniques.
• Certifications: * Welding certification (e.g., AWS) preferred. * Forklift and overhead crane operation certification a plus.
• Soft Skills: * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication skills.
