Maintenance Technician – Painting & Sheetrock exp is a plus Location: Wichita, KS Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $17 – $22/hour (DOE and skills) Benefits: Health Insurance, Paid Time Off We are looking for a skilled individual with painting and sheetrock experience to join our maintenance team. Our work includes property maintenance as well as house flipping projects, so the ideal candidate will be versatile, dependable, and able to handle a variety of tasks. We Offer: • Steady, full-time work • Competitive pay (based on experience) • Opportunity to grow with a team that values quality and craftsmanship • Benefits included Schedule: • Monday – Friday • 8-hour shifts • Some flexibility may be required based on project needs • 40 hours per week expected Responsibilities: • Perform sheetrock installation, repair, mudding, and finishing • Complete interior and exterior painting with attention to detail • Assist with other maintenance and house flipping projects as needed • Ensure a clean and safe work environment Qualifications: • Proven experience with sheetrock and painting is a plus • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Reliable transportation and tools are preferred • Valid driver’s license and insurance required • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team • Able to perform physical labor, lift heavy items, and handle physically demanding tasks • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening Compensation: $17 - $22 hourly
