What you’ll be doing

Handle light maintenance and basic repairs (patch/paint, minor plumbing, doors/locks, caulking, simple troubleshooting)

Replace light bulbs, filters, smoke detector batteries, and small fixtures

Help with preventive maintenance and punch-list items

Support common area upkeep and safety checks (as assigned)

Provide before/after photos and quick job updates from your phone

Identify when a job needs a licensed vendor and help with access/coordination

What we’re looking for

Entry-level welcome — we’ll train the right person

Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license

Comfortable using basic hand tools (or willing to learn fast)

Professional, respectful communication with residents and board members

Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors

Schedule & pay

Part-time: 20 hours per week

$18–$20 per hour (based on experience and reliability)

Mostly weekdays; occasional urgent issues may come up

Bonus points (not required)

Any apartment/HOA maintenance experience

Drywall/paint skills

Experience using work order apps or sending job photos/updates
