This role focuses on apartment maintenance, cleaning and turnovers, ensuring every unit is move-in ready for our residents.

🔧 Position Summary: Maintenance Technician – Apartment Turnovers & General Maintenance
You’ll be responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of our apartment units and common areas. This includes everything from repairs and maintenance to cleaning and preparing vacant units for new tenants.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Perform apartment unit turnovers, including general repairs, patching, painting, appliance checks, and cleaning.
Complete routine and emergency maintenance tasks including:
Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and basic HVAC.
Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify safety or maintenance concerns.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure all work orders are completed accurately and within budget.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure units are move-in ready.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas (hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, etc.).
Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times.
✅ Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade (e.g., construction, facilities).
Solid working knowledge of building systems, including:
Plumbing
Electrical
HVAC
Carpentry
Experience in unit turnovers and deep cleaning (move-in/move-out ready).
Technologically proficient – must be comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and digital work order systems (training provided).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a strong sense of urgency and efficiency.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Willingness to be on-call for emergency repairs and rotate weekend responsibilities as scheduled.
