Platinum Property Management and Platinum Home Services are looking for a dependable, motivated Maintenance & Turnover Technician to join our team. This position offers a variety of work across residential rental properties and home service projects throughout Central Wisconsin.
What You'll Do
Every day is different. Responsibilities may include:
Apartment turnover repairs, cleaning and rent-ready projects
General residential maintenance and repairs
Painting, drywall repair, and finish work
Basic plumbing and fixture installation
Basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
Carpentry and general handyman tasks
Preventative maintenance inspections
Exterior maintenance and seasonal property care
Assisting with remodeling and improvement projects
Completing work orders using company software
Maintaining company tools, equipment, and vehicles
Providing professional customer service while working in occupied homes and rental properties
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:
Is dependable and has a strong work ethic
Shows up on time and is ready to work
Takes pride in producing quality work
Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
Can work independently and as part of a team
Has good communication and problem-solving skills
Is comfortable using a smartphone for work orders and scheduling
Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Can safely lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
Previous experience in maintenance, construction, remodeling, painting, carpentry, landscaping, manufacturing, or other hands-on trades is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
