    We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team!

    Please note that our maintenance services are for community associations and involves outdoor work in all types of weather.

    Responsibilities:

    Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

    Perform routine preventive maintenance and light maintenance

    Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose

    Major repairs and construction

    Maintain material and supply inventory

    Other as required in all areas of maintenance & construction

    Supervisor - Prioritize work orders and ensure technicians perform quality work in an efficient manner

    ​Qualifications:

    Previous experience in maintenance including light electrical, light plumbing, framing, painting, sheetrock repair

    Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

    Ability to handle a physical workload including:

    The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly

    The ability to respond quickly to sounds

    The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces

    The ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds

    The ability to work in extreme weather

    The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day

    Deadline and detail-oriented

    Reliable transportation

    Ability to work weekends and after hour on-call responsibilities
