Position Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform property maintenance, unit turns, repairs, and light remodeling across residential and rental properties. This is a hands-on role that requires problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Complete maintenance service calls at residential and rental properties

Perform unit turns including repairs, punch list items, and light remodeling

Handle carpentry, minor plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairs

Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend appropriate solutions

Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Communicate effectively with team members and property contacts

Complete work in a timely and quality-focused manner

Qualifications

Prior experience in property maintenance, handyman services, carpentry, or remodeling required

Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Professional communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Reliable transportation

Background screening may be conducted in accordance with applicable laws

Personal tools preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

$20.00–$25.00 per hour depending on experience and skill level

Overtime paid in accordance with state and federal law when applicable
