Sustain Lawn & Landscape is a locally owned service company providing year-round property solutions including lawn care, landscaping, hardscaping, snow removal, power washing, and property maintenance. We’re growing and looking to add a motivated Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems in the field.

About the Role

This position focuses on property maintenance, unit turns, repairs, and light remodeling across our managed properties. You’ll work independently and as part of a team to complete service calls, prepare units for occupancy, and maintain properties to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and visible results from their work.

What You’ll Do

Complete maintenance service calls on residential and rental properties

Perform unit turns including repairs, punch lists, and light remodeling

Handle carpentry, minor plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairs

Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions

Maintain clean and professional work sites

Communicate clearly with team members and customers

Take pride in quality workmanship and timely completion

What We’re Looking For

Property maintenance, handyman, carpentry, or remodeling experience required

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good customer service and professional communication

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Clean background preferred

Own tools preferred (not required)
