The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, bar, sauna, fitness center, pool area, and hotel guestroom preventative maintenance. Additionally, the technician assists with the repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment, including mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps and motors. Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance tasks for amenities like pools, fitness areas, and meeting spaces. • Assist with pool, sauna, and fitness center maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. • Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general carpentry. • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of public spaces through daily inspections. • Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests, ensuring efficient resolution. Qualifications: • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent training. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
