We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Maintenance Technician for Real Property Management Talent. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing basic maintenance for the properties we manage throughout the Central Texas. Strong candidate will bring a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general handyman skills, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, and HVAC. The position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization.
Responsibilities
Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned
Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
Perform work in a timely manner
After-hours calls and site visits as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1-2 years’ experience
Appliance repair knowledge (multi-meter)
EPA type I and II certification
Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff through an iPad
General maintenance and repair knowledge
Willingness to learn
Must provide own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions and reliable transportation (gas card provided)
Willingness to be on-call 24/7
This position will be paid by billable hours.
