Responsibilities: • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed Qualifications: • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • High school diploma/GED or equivalent Compensation: $19.86 per hour
