Responsibilities: • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made Qualifications: • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • High school diploma/GED or equivalent Compensation: $24.62 - $25.37 hourly
