    We’re looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team at Professional Home Buyers. You’ll perform general repairs, complete make-ready tasks, maintain rental homes, and assist with renovation work on flip properties. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and taking pride in improving homes for both tenants and buyers. Responsibilities: • Perform general maintenance and repairs in rental properties and renovation homes • Complete tasks efficiently and on schedule while working closely with the team • Communicate professionally with tenants, coworkers, and property managers • Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues • Install appliances and equipment • Complete maintenance tasks such as changing light fixtures, repairing locks, replacing faucets, etc. • Assist with framing, installing baseboards, cabinets, and general finish work • Inspect homes, identify needed repairs, and report findings to the property manager • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions • Assist with fencing, siding, and other general labor tasks as needed Qualifications: • 2+ years of residential maintenance experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate) • Strong basic skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry • Experience using hand and power tools • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance • Own basic tools • Able to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding work • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Compensation: $17 – $22 hour DOE & skill level
