Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and systems, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and operate smoothly. This role requires a blend of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot issues related to residential appliances, machinery, and systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Document all maintenance work performed and maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and service history.
- Assist in the setup, installation, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures, including furniture and appliances.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient facility operations.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure that tools and materials are properly stored and maintained.
- Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities as required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including nights and weekends, when necessary.

Physical Requirements:
