Be the Fix-It Force: Dive into the action maintaining and repairing everything from our bustling marina and sturdy docks to our lively restaurant and essential facilities. Preventative Powerhouse: Keep things running like a well-oiled machine by executing preventative maintenance on all property components, including plumbing, mechanical systems, buildings, docks, and trailers. Plumbing Pro: Become the master of pipes, fixtures, and water heaters, troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems with confidence. Mechanical Maestro: Inspect, maintain, and repair a range of mechanical equipment, keeping everything humming. Building Brilliance: Conduct routine inspections and tackle maintenance on property structures, showcasing your carpentry skills, painting prowess, and knack for minor repairs. Trailer Transformer: Ensure our property maintenance trailers are road-ready and reliable through diligent maintenance and repair. Contractor Collaborator: Team up with external specialists for those bigger, more complex repairs and renovations. Safety Superhero: Be a champion for safety, ensuring our property is not just clean and well-maintained, but also adheres to all safety standards. Rapid Responder: Tackle maintenance requests with speed and efficiency, keeping our guests happy and operations flowing.
