We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our operations run smoothly, supporting a positive environment for both staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
• May conduct welding repairs and perform residential painting as needed to maintain facility appearance and safety standards.
• Assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Ability to troubleshoot circuits and control systems.
• Experience with residential painting, welding, drywall and general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination.
• Customer service mindset to ensure positive interactions with internal teams during maintenance activities.
• Will be required to drive to multiple locations when needed, depending on work orders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• At least 2 years proven experience in facilities maintenance including electrical, some HVAC, plumbing and dry wall.
• Must be able to perform the physical duties associated with this position
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Must have an unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to operate a standard-transmission vehicle
