Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms and public areas • Troubleshoot and repair PTAC units, plumbing, and lights in Guest Rooms for minor repairs. Any major repair will be outsourced to a vendor • Respond to small maintenance requests from the front desk and housekeeping • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and keep records • Keep the maintenance shop clean and organized Qualifications: • Basic knowledge of general maintenance • Previous experience in hotel maintenance is preferred but not necessary • Ability to use hand and power tools safely • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Good communication skills and a teamwork mindset Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
