Responsibilities: • Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks Qualifications: • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
