  • Responsibilities

    Position Overview

    The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining warehouse equipment, machinery, building systems, and facility grounds. This role performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general facility upkeep to ensure safe and efficient operations.

    Schedule

    • Rotating shift schedule, typically between:
      • 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
      • 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
    • Shift rotation generally occurs quarterly.
    • Every other Saturday required.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment.
    • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on warehouse machinery and facility systems.
    • Replace defective parts and complete general repairs.
    • Assist with contractor coordination and oversight.
    • Perform welding, fabrication, and installation projects as needed.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
    • Support general building, grounds, and facility maintenance.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of industrial or warehouse maintenance experience.
    • Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
    • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
    • Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 70 lbs.
    • Comfortable working at heights and in varying temperatures.
    • Valid driver's license.
