Position Overview

We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations in Holmesville, OH. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical maintenance experience who has some exposure to PLC controls such as Allen Bradley or Siemens and is looking to continue developing their skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Perform maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo-driven systems
• Assist with diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
• Support preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
• Work with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with equipment improvements and reliability projects when needed

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
• Exposure to Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC systems preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a production environment
• Team lead or leadership experience is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
