    We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment.

    The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to continue learning new technical skills in an industrial setting. Candidates with experience as a Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Maintenance Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Maintenance Mechanic, or Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician are encouraged to apply.

    Responsibilities

    Equipment Maintenance & Repair

    • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
    • Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
    • Disassemble, inspect, evaluate, and reassemble mechanical components and systems.
    • Support production through machine changeovers and equipment adjustments.
    • Operate machining tools as needed to support maintenance and production requirements.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records and communicate equipment issues to leadership.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
    • Experience using hand tools and power tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Effective communication and organizational skills.
    • Dependable with a strong work ethic.
