Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment. This role is responsible for minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring machines operate safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC-controlled and automated equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment drawings
- Install, relocate, and maintain plant equipment and systems
- Fabricate or modify equipment to improve production efficiency
- Repair or replace defective machine components
- Operate shop equipment such as drill presses, grinders, mills, lathes, saws, welders, and hand tools
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, PM records, and work orders
- Conduct routine safety inspections and equipment checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
- Support production teams to minimize equipment downtime
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Experience with industrial shop equipment and tools
- Forklift or industrial truck certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Systems, or Industrial Controls
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb as required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around moving machinery and industrial equipment

- Fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Exposure to mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and moderate noise levels
