    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in our food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical skills, along with experience working with PLCs and automated systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and extrusion equipment.
    • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and keep machines running efficiently.
    • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
    • Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
    • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs and control systems (Fanuc robot experience a plus).
    • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.
    • Keep accurate maintenance and repair records.
    • Follow all safety procedures and support company safety standards.
    • Work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
    • Experience with PLCs and automated systems preferred.
    • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
    • Welding, fabrication, plumbing, and machining experience a plus.
    • Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player.
