    ****Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and repair of facility equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting issues, and continuously developing technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
    • Complete preventive maintenance tasks accurately and on schedule
    • Assist with installation, modification, and removal of equipment as needed
    • Develop and apply skills across mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems
    • Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and completed tasks
    • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
    • Collaborate with team members, engineering, and operations to support production goals
    • Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities
    • Support additional maintenance and operational tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • 2–3+ years of hands-on maintenance or technical experience preferred
    • Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment is a plus

    Skills & Abilities

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
    • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing systems
    • Familiarity with tools, equipment, and maintenance practices
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions
    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and on a team
    • Willingness to learn and grow technical skillsets

    Work Environment & Physical Requirements

    • Work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise and occasional dust exposure
    • Required to wear appropriate PPE (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection)
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
    • May require flexible scheduling, including overtime, to meet operational needs
