Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep production equipment running efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on factory equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance (PMs) to reduce downtime
• Inspect machines and identify potential problems before failures occur
• Assist with equipment setup and changeovers as needed
• Maintain maintenance logs and complete work orders
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Ability to use hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
• Troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and time management skills
