Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Maintenance Technicians (Level III) to support facility operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who can work independently and handle complex maintenance tasks.

Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $31.05/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and servicing of facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and building systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Identify recurring equipment issues and implement long-term solutions
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Respond to repair requests and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of maintenance experience (industrial or facility preferred)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Experience troubleshooting complex equipment issues
• High school diploma or equivalent required
