    ****Position Summary
    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician / Mechanic to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe, efficient workplace.

    Shift Details

    • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (occasional Fridays as needed)
    • Training Requirement: Must be available to train on 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) for several weeks

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including:
      • AC/DC motors, transformers, panel boards, and control systems
      • Electrical conduit, wiring, outlets, and fixtures
      • Pneumatic systems and production equipment
    • Troubleshoot and repair PLCs and automated machinery
    • Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate service documentation
    • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
    • Support production with equipment setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting
    • Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions
    • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
    • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability
    • Assist with additional maintenance duties as needed

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2+ years of Maintenance Electrician experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
    • Strong knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems and control circuits
    • Experience troubleshooting PLC systems
    • Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
    • Basic computer skills and solid math aptitude
    • Experience with preventive maintenance programs
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

    • Must be able to work assigned shift and be flexible for overtime or on-call needs
