We are seeking skilled and dependable Maintenance Technicians to support operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems to ensure equipment and facility operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Pay & Schedule

1st Shift

• Pay: $28.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

D Shift

• Pay: $29.25 per hour
• Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on machinery and production equipment
• Maintain and service equipment such as conveyor systems, tools, and warehouse machinery
• Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns in a timely manner
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure safe operation
• Document maintenance work and follow company safety procedures
• Support continuous warehouse operations and production efficiency

Requirements

• Prior maintenance experience in mechanical systems, electrical systems, or both
• Experience working with conveyor belts, industrial equipment, or warehouse machinery preferred
• Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs independently
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work mandatory overtime, including extended hours and up to 6 days per week when needed

Work Environment

• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Exposure to leather dust (leather allergies cannot be accommodated)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required during the shift
