Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on our production equipment. This role is ideal for someone experienced with roll forming, mills, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics , who enjoys problem-solving and keeping equipment running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on roll forming machines, mills, and other production equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Assist in implementing preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.

• Follow safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance , preferably in roll forming or milling environments.

• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Ability to read schematics, troubleshoot equipment, and perform repairs independently.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Fanuc robots or Fanuc welding systems.

• Familiarity with automated manufacturing processes.
