    About Us:

The Blind Butler Inc is a small, family-run, Wilmington-based company that has been in business for nearly 30 years. Our company’s primary focus is on-site dry cleaning and flameproofing of commercial stage drapes but we also clean blinds for residential customers using an ultrasonic cleaning process. We can offer you a friendly work environment where you will be trained to work with a team of maintenance technicians and eventually you may work independently on smaller jobs. We also have a culture of respect and positivity. We will provide you with management support but we don’t want to have to micromanage you. We believe that an excellent Maintenance Tech should be a quick learner with excellent retention skills; be able to follow processes and not stand around with hands in the pocket waiting to be told what to do next; be a team player and also able to work independently when needed. We want someone who is able to provide an excellent customer experience, is mechanically inclined and tech savvy, and has a friendly personality and common sense.
