The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, bar, sauna, fitness center, pool area, and hotel guestroom preventative maintenance. Additionally, the technician assists with the repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment, including mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps and motors. Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general carpentry. • Perform routine maintenance tasks for amenities like pools, fitness areas, and meeting spaces. • Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms and public areas, keeping detailed records. • Address maintenance requests from guests promptly and with excellent service. • Be available for emergency repairs and on-call support during evenings or weekends as needed. Qualifications: • Availability for on-call hours, including weekends. • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent training. • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
